Embrey Mill is one of the most fun and unique neighborhoods we build in. It is a master planned community with unbelievable amenities including a gorgeous pool, dog park, and even a restaurant! The Amesquita Family chose The Middleton as their new home design, which in our opinion is a great choice!



What is their favorite thing about their new home?

They love the great room with open space between the big, beautiful kitchen, living room and screened-in porch. They told us they've lived in apartments in the city for a long time and they cannot wait to have their home tailored to their tastes and preferences.

What do they love most about their new neighborhood?

The Amesquita family loves the camaraderie of moving into a new neighborhood and the convenient, family-focused amenities. They're excited to meet young families like them who are looking for wide, open spaces and a beautiful place to call home for many years to come.

Where will they be spending most of their time in and outside of their new home?

"Definitely the kitchen!" - Emily Amesquita replied. She told us it's always where they come together to talk about their day and spend time with their daughter. They also can't wait to go to the Dog Park and walk along the Pear Blossom Trail.
