While looking to move closer for her husband’s job as a police officer, Kelly and her husband visited Wildewood and toured through the neighborhood several times before making their decision. What Kelly noticed was that Wildewood had everything and everything was right there. The ultimate in convenience to the grocery store, retail shops, doctor’s offices, the elementary school, and movie theater but all the while maintaining a private and quiet respite tucked inside the existing community surrounded by trees. With all this convenience, Kelly can quickly run her errands, so she gets more fun time to spend with her family riding bikes on the paths or swimming in the neighborhood pool.
A resident now for over three years, Kelly absolutely loves living in Wildewood and sees her small children growing up there. After three blissful years of enjoying living at Wildewood, she noticed an open position for a sales manager in the model home sales office and immediately applied. Already an active resident, what Kelly loves most about her job is that she gets to meet, greet, and welcome those who are considering moving in.
“This is the kind of close-knit community where folks are out and about walking, chatting, playing with their dogs, and making plans for their kids’ playdates,” states Kelly. On holidays the neighborhood really comes together to participate. Halloween turns into a spooky festival where people hangout and order pizza and then walk around in costumes (and it’s not just the kids in costumes!). At Christmastime it becomes a winter wonderland. One neighbor puts a huge Christmas tree on their lawn and dresses as the Grinch so neighbors can take their holiday photo.
So, while you may not currently work for Stanley Martin, if you live in one of our neighborhoods you might just want to, just like Kelly - because at our neighborhoods like Wildewood, we guarantee that once you live it, you will love it.
