With the oven window at eye level, there's no need to strain your back to see if your roast is done. Not only that, but you can have both ovens going at the same time, which means you can get double the cooking done in the same amount of time. Stick a roast in one oven and bake a pie in the other one. When the timer goes off, you'll have dinner and dessert all ready to go!

Pie Crust:1 store-bought or homemade pie crust
Pumpkin Pie Filling:
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 and 1/4 cups evaporated milk
