A Courtesy Call within ten days of settlement will introduce you to our Warranty department and your point of contact for customer service.

Throughout the first year, our Warranty department is just a phone call or e-mail away if you have any questions or emergencies. To assure timely response, we maintain our own staff of dedicated warranty representatives. At your Two-Month and Nine-Month Follow-ups, we will address any warrantable items that require attention.
