In an effort to consistently improve the homes we build and enhance the services we provide, Stanley Martin partners with GuildQuality, an industry leader in measuring builder performance based completely on homebuyer reviews. Homebuyers are surveyed at three different instances; at settlement, which is a survey administered by Stanley Martin, at 90-days following settlement, and then again at 10-months following settlement, both of which are administered by GuildQuality. Each year GuildQuality recognizes companies providing exceptional customer service through the esteemed GuildMaster Award. It is with great distinction and pride that Stanley Martin has earned a GuildQuality GuildMaster Award for four consecutive years 2009 – 2012, based entirely on homebuyer reviews.
