Asphalt

Seal coat driveway three to 12 months after it has been top coated and every two to three years thereafter.
Wash off chemicals, oils, gasoline or similar substances immediately.
Give your asphalt plenty of time to cure prior to allowing heavy weight onto the asphalt.
DO NOT allow moving vans or large trucks on your asphalt driveway.
Fill cracks as soon as possible.
Keep concentrated loads off the asphalt.
Do not use salt or other chemicals as they will deteriorate the surface of your asphalt.
