The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the processing of accounts payable and maintenance of vendor files.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for processing of invoices and check requests
Research and resolve problem invoices with appropriate departments
Reconcile vendor statements monthly to keep assigned accounts current
Act as point of contact for vendor inquires, to include preparation of written communications and associated files
Complete daily and weekly check runs
Make out of cycle payments as approved by manager
Complete all other duties as assigned by manager

Land Development Manager

The Land Development Manager is responsible for supervising all land development field activities for assigned communities from preconstruction meetings to bond release.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure projects meet governmental requirements and individual site plans and specifications
Supervise all field land development activities on assigned communities
Monitor and maintain land development schedules on assigned communities
Manage completion of land development improvements for bond reductions and release

Land Engineering Manager 

Chantilly, VA

The Land Engineering Manager is responsible for all aspects of site planning, entitlement and engineering project management for new Stanley Martin communities, including coordination with consulting engineers, planners, surveyors and attorneys.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Support Land Engineering team in management of engineering consultants with site plan preparation and approvals from preliminary plan to bond release
Assist senior managers with rezoning and entitlement cases
Manage houseline engineering through home sales and construction, including preparation of lot fit matrices, house sitings and individual lot grading plans
Assist in the preparation of community amenity plans, in coordination with the neighborhood planning team
Coordinate with consulting attorneys on all land use deeds, easements, and formation of homeowners associations (HOAs)
Manage site development permitting activities
Assist Land Development Purchasing team in preparation and management of land development budgets
Work with Land Development team to manage performance bonds and escrows from posting to release
Coordinate homeowner associations (HOAs) and community management consultants from incorporation to turnover
Maintain departmental systems for digital and paper files
Coordinate the flow of departmental information throughout the office and field
Establish beneficial working relationships with industry and local government personnel
Actively participate in building industry association chapters and municipal update meetings

Neighborhood Coordinator

The Neighborhood Coordinator is responsible for supporting and improving the communication and interaction between Sales and various departments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Process contracts, addendums and start packages, including all Design Studio selections, Start Sheets, deposits, updates/changes and CBO requests
Gather necessary documents and distribute construction start packages, as well as receiving final precon paperwork and dropping construction schedules in X2 Center
Maintain full and accurate information in X2Center regarding all sales and construction start information including scanning of diagrams and documents to be used by Sales, Construction and Vendors
Act as office point of contact for sales personnel, superintendents, vendors and other departments
Resolve sales contract/selection sheet billing problems, to include management of invoices for the department
